I am tired of people asking me how to do mundane tasks in office 2007 because they don't understand the new UI.

I guess Microsoft is tired of answering questions on their hot lines as well because they put out these tutorials on the new-ish office suite.
I want to say RTFM but that's just not politically correct. You can't say that to the executives that have to have the newest software even if it will cripple them while they learn it. Microsoft alleges that this new "Ribbon" interface is the wave of the future... It looks more like the wave of Apple.
