I have a user with a Verizon Blackberry 8703e. Every few weeks the user is unable to send messages. When they try they get a big red x. They have tried soft resetting the phone by removing the battery and placing it back in. They have tried re-registering the device by going into Options > Security > Host Routing table. The only way we can get it to re-sync correctly is to wipe the hand held, recreating his account on the BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server) and going through enterprise activation again.
Is there anything else I can check, or do without having to wipe his phone every time?
Some of you BB admins need to hook a brutha up with some knowledge!
